CRUISE PROGRAM
River cruise itinerary: Strasbourg (France) > Koblenz (Germany) >

1st DAY – Strasbourg (France), Koblenz (Germany)
Arrival in Strasbourg by yourself.
At 8:00 am: Departure by coach from Strasbourg (river mooring, 3bis rue du Havre).
Arrival in Koblenz at around 12h30.
Lunch in a restaurant.
Boarding at around 2:00 pm and settling into cabins.
In the afternoon, tour of the old town in the company of your hostess.
Back on board and dinner.
Free evening in Koblenz. Chance to board at around 6:00 pm.
Overnight stay on board the river ship.

2nd DAY – Koblenz, Rüdesheim (Germany)
Breakfast during the cruise.
Cruise up the most beautiful section of the Romantic Rhine between
Koblenz and Rüdesheim.
You will pass numerous castles nestling in the famed vineyards and the
celebrated Rock of the Lorelei. Arrival in Rüdesheim at around 4:00 pm.
Free time or possibility to do the excursion to rediscover Rüdesheim.
Departure in a small train stopping at a wine tasting cellar, followed by a
visit to the museum of mechanical music.
Lunch and dinner will be taken on board.
In the evening, the famous Drosselgasse awaits you with its numerous
cafés and bands.
Overnight stay on board the river ship.

3rd DAY – Rüdesheim, Spire/Mannheim (Germany)
Departure of the boat early in the morning to cruise up the Rhine to Spire.
Lunch on board.
We will pass the towns of Wiesbaden, Nierstein, Worms and Mannheim.
Optional excursion to Heidelberg with tour of the city and the castle.
Stopover in Spire or Mannheim depending on berths available at the wharf.
Arrival at around 6:00 pm, gala evening and dinner on board.
Overnight stay on board the river ship.

4th DAY – Strasbourg (France)
Breakfast on board.
Arrival in Strasbourg at around 9:00am (3 rue du Havre).
End of our services.

Excursions’ prices per person
- tour of Heidelberg € 24 (transfer + tourist guide + Castle ticket)
- tour of Rudesheim € 21 (small train + museum of mechanical music + tasting)
This prices are expressed for individuals and groups of minimum 25 people.
Prices are indicative and can be changed without notice.
5% discount on “all excursions” package for individual bookings confirmed
in the travel agency when they book.
10% discount on “all excursions” package for group bookings confirmed in
the travel agency when they book.
Rooms for excursions that take place on the departure day evening or on
the morning after the departure day are restricted, so clients who book
the excursions before the departure date will have priority over available rooms.

The price includes: the cruise on full board from dinner on the first day to
lunch on the final day, accommodation in a double air conditioned cabin with
shower and WC, entertainment, the assistance of our hostess on board,
the welcome cocktail, the gala evening, port taxes, coach transfer from Strasbourg
to Koblenz, lunch in a restaurant on day 1.

The price does not include: drinks, insurance, the optional excursions (book
and pay on board or at the travel agent), personal expenses.

Formalities: valid national identity card or passport compulsory.
Non-EU nationals are requested to consult their embassy or consulate.

N.B.: for navigational reasons and passenger, the company and the
captain reserve the right to modify the cruise itinerary if necessary.

Individual booking process
1. Request from the client by format, e-mail, fax or phone
2. Delay of answer: maximum 1 day
3. Option validity (sending date + 4days) given from PORIVERTRAVEL.IT to the client
4. The client confirms if cruise is booked, by sending e-mail or fax
(within the option delay)
5. The client must send to PORIVERTRAVEL.IT the participants’ data,
name, surname, address, tax code, valid telephone number, (participants’
age for possible discounts), identity card data (card number, expiry date
and issue country)
6. The confirmation is valid only on receipt of the 30% deposit to be paid in
the 5 days following the sending of contract/invoice
7. Only the reception of the deposit will confirm the reservation of the cabin
8. Settlement is due at least 25 days before the departure
9. Sending of boarding documents by e-mail on receipt of the settlement.

Payment and booking condition
Payment
Deposit of 30% to be paid by bank transfer in the 5 days following the
sending of contract/invoice (send a bank transfer copy at the
fax number 0039 0522 739019 PORIVERTRAVEL.IT).
Settlement of the cruise by bank transfer at least 25 days before the departure date.
The payment will be executed by bank transfer using authorization document.
The voucher (Boarding document) will be send as soon as possible by e-mail
and only when settlement is done.
N.B.: Payment is possible also by credit card. In this case we will send
you a format of CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION that you have to fill and
send back to the fax number 0039 0522 739019.
Please note that you will have a 4% debit on your credit card for every transaction.

Cancellation fees
In case of cancellation, the cancellation fees will be as follow if the cancellation happens:
More than 60 days before departure 30 € per person
From 60 to 51 days before departure 40% of the total amount
From 50 to 30 days before departure 50% of the total amount
From 29 to 20 days before departure 60% of the total amount
From 19 to 2 days before departure 75% of the total amount
Less than 2 days before departure 100% of the total price

In case of cancellation the travel agency will keep a travel agency service fee
of 50 € per dossier and the credit card debits.
