Only 130 people, instead of 230, will be on board our river ship.

RIVER SHIP: lenght 28 mt, width 6 mt, cruising speed 14 knot.
In order to grant the best comfort on board during the dinner, the number of people will be restricted to 130 people.
LOUNGE: 120 square meter with air conditioning, furnished with tables and small armchairs, bar, panoramic windows, panoramic sun deck with armchairs, 2 toilets, cable radio system, radio, telephone, Stereo system.
Maximum capacity 230 people.

PROGRAM FESTA DEL REDENTORE 2009
EMBARKATION: h 5:00 pm embarkation aboard the river ship at the landing stage of Chioggia.
We require you the highest punctuality. Our tour leader welcome you aboard the river ship.
On your ship’s papers, that you receive after the booking confirmation, you will find the details for the embarkation and the ship’s phone number.
DEPARTURE: The slow cruise starts from Chioggia to the St. Mark’s basin in Venice. You can admire the wonderful the South Lagoon of Venice and the Islands of Sottomarina, Pellestrina, Malamocco and San Lazzaro degli Armeni.
During the cruise, waiters serve you the rich aperitif on the sun deck.(please, see menu details)
Arrival in St. Mark’s basin and stop for the dinner aboard the river ship with background music.
While you wait for the Redentore fireworks, waiters serve you the dinner in the lounge with air conditioning.

After the dinner, a buffet with fruits, sweets and beverages is at your disposal.
RETURN: At about 2:00/3:00 am disembarkation in Chioggia.
Car parks are in front of the landing stage.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
The obligatory bookings can be effected personally by written, telefax or e-mail confirmation. When booking, the client has to pay a deposit equal to the 25% of the total amount, which will be kept as penalty in case of booking cancellation without communication 90 days before the departure date; the settlement is due 60 days before the departure date and all the booked place have to be paid. The client must send a list of the participants with name, surname, date of birth and residence land and the group leader’s data and a tax code photocopy.
The booking acceptance depend on the place availability and the booking worth after the receipt of the written confirmation and the deposit. PORIVERTRAVEL.IT Travel Agency can cancel the contract without indemnity if the minimum number of travellers set out in the programme is not reached.
Maximal punctuality is required and latecomers won’t be admitted.
The river ships departs at 5:30 pm to grant other punctual guests the service as per the programme.
CANCELLATION
In case of ships non-departure, due to technical reasons such as average, adverse hydrometrical conditions of rivers or for “force majeure”, the “cruising company” can cancel bookings putting them off in other date fixed in accordance with the clients; alternatively the “cruising company” will refund the excursion cost already paid. The “cruising company” assumes no responsibility for the unexpected closing of villas, churches or sites mentioned on the programme, as well as for delays or journey suspension due to the basins or bridges opening depending on the public administration or unexpected cruising suspension order.
GUARANTEES
All passengers aboard of the “cruising company” motor ship are insured, in compliance with the law, against every journey risk.
VARIATIONS
According to the unquestionable decision of the ship’s captain, the selected itineraries can vary, also in the duration, because of particular environmental conditions or situations occurred during the navigation. The motor ship is in order with the prescribe safety dotation for the internal navigation and insurance.
