Small groups can exclusively hire a yacht with 9 cabins, sailing boats, wooden boats or river ship moored in Venice.

For big groups we can organize events, parties, banquets and gala dinners aboard river ships with a capacity of 150/200 people.
River ships, aboard which you can organize parties, events, ceremonies and reserved cruises, are available upon request all the year around.

We place our river ships fleet at your disposal and we propose you some menu which can be cooked aboard the ship during a lunch, a dinner or a party.
If you want to extend your dinner, spend the night aboard the river ship.

Charter a motor ship and give your guests an aperitif or a cocktail (up to 140 people), the weeding lunch or dinner cruising in the Venetian Lagoon with Italian wines, entertainment (orchestra, DJ, singer, show), short cruises, overnight stay aboard the river ship is possible, brunch or breakfast with buffet.

MENU PROPOSALS FOR DINNER OR LUNCHES ABOAR THE RIVER SHIP DURING THE CRUISE.
Price from € 45 per person. The prices include: 3 hours of navigation, the river ship with its crew. The prices do not include beverages.
International French cuisine.

MEAT, FISH AND VEGETARIAN MENU ARE AVAILABLE ON BOARD.

Please note, that the meat we cook for you comes from animals born, raised and killed in the country of origin; France, EU or New Zealand.

All our forfait include 5 hour (from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm or from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am) of navigation in Venice, on the Rhone, the Rhine and the Seine.
Extra hours will be charged in the final invoice (€ 250 per hour)

Overnight stay on board: € 40 per person (it includes the overnight stay and the breakfast until 9:00 am) – minimum 40 people

Payment and booking condition
Payment
Deposit of 30% to be paid by bank transfer in the 5 days following the
sending of contract/invoice (send a bank transfer copy at the
fax number 0039 0522 739019 PORIVERTRAVEL.IT).
Settlement of the cruise by bank transfer at least 25 days before the departure date.
The payment will be executed by bank transfer using authorization document.
The voucher (Boarding document) will be send as soon as possible by e-mail
and only when settlement is done.
N.B.: Payment is possible also by credit card. In this case we will send
you a format of CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION that you have to fill and
send back to the fax number 0039 0522 739019.
Please note that you will have a 4% debit on your credit card for every transaction.

Cancellation fees
In case of cancellation, the cancellation fees will be as follow if the cancellation happens:
More than 60 days before departure 30 € per person
From 60 to 51 days before departure 40% of the total amount
From 50 to 30 days before departure 50% of the total amount
From 29 to 20 days before departure 60% of the total amount
From 19 to 2 days before departure 75% of the total amount
Less than 2 days before departure 100% of the total price

In case of cancellation the travel agency will keep a travel agency service fee
of 50 € per dossier and the credit card debits.
