Price Includes:

Conditions: Event will be confirmed only when minimum 60 People participants confirmed.
Motorboat: Motorboat has a warmed large open-space party saloon; male/women and disabled – equipped toilettes, warmed panoramic terrace and fully equipped kitchen where dinner will be cooked.
All courses will be served at the table by the staff waiters.
Tables takes maximum 6 people each, if you’ll need/require a different table configuration, you can ask for a quotation. For the event, we will be also providing and assisted free wardrobe.
RESERVATION TERM: Confirmations must be received before 16.12.2016 and only by e mail with the payment receipt attached . Booking acceptance is subject to availability. Confirmation will be made only by e mail. A few days before the event, you will receive the voucher to show to the embarkation staff. The organizer can cancel the event without compensation, in case of it you will return the amount paid. This is going to happen in case of : failure on reaching the minimum of participants (60 people), revocation of navigation permit from the port authority, weather, technical and structural reasons, facts exceptional or due to force majeure; Navigation can be changed at the discretion of the captain due to special environmental conditions, structural or safety.
Cancellation Policy:50% penalty for cancellations received from confirmation day to 15 days prior departure event date; 75% penalty for cancellations received from 14 days to 7 days prior departure event date; 100% penalty for cancellations received after 7 days prior event date

ooking is only accepted on payment of the entire sum per person.
Payment must be done by bank transfer to PORIVERTRAVEL.IT.Acceptance of the reservation is subjected to the availability of places and is
considered to be confirmed with payment of the total amount.
Places on board are not numbered. No animals are allowed on board. Transport
of baggage aren’t allowed except for small ones, such as handbags. The company will
not be responsible for personal objects left on board and during stops.
Revocations: if a motor ship cannot leave the port because of technical reasons
such as break-downs, exceptional water level conditions in the rivers or in any case
for causes of force majeure beyond human control, the company is entitled to
revoke the reservations, offering to provide the service at a later date to be decided
by common agreement, or the company will reimburse the cost of the excursion to the guests.
All disputes shall be decided by the National and International Court of Arbitration of Reggio Emilia.
Changes: the captain may at any time and by his own judgement change the chosen
itinerary as imposed by unforeseen environmental conditions or situations which
may arise during the navigation.
Guarantees: All passengers embarked on the motor ship are insured against
all travel risks in accordance with the law.
